Other Dental Certifications

Besides the core licensure required to practice dentistry, there are other courses needed to complete your certifications, such as pit and fissure sealant, ultrasonic scaler, and coronal polishing. In addition, all dental professionals need to complete a course in Infection Control and Dental Practice Act, obtain a certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS), and complete fingerprinting for background check.
